I know this is a lame idea for a thread but I was wondering the other day why FFIX leaves it so late to introduce the image on the case i.e. the crystal. Before I completed FFIX, at first I thought it was Garnet's pendant but it's not the same shape. When I got the Invincible, someone told me it was a front view of that, but it didn't look like it. It was only when I got to the final battle with Kuja that I realised what it was, and that's at the end of the game. The other FFs I've played don't leave the introduction of the box image that late so why does nine.
So I was basically thinking, what else would fit? I was thinking maybe the Garnet or something.

I don't know why they'd do that... everytime I see the crystal though I remember FFI and the legend of the crystals anime.
I think it might be because they want to say they're going back to old school plots? (crystals)

I always thought the crystals were the Eidolon jewels.... But, there's also the the Memory Crystal, Dagger's pendent... Maybe, they're all the crystal?

That's lucky, mine was one of the last ones. Dragging bits of wood of my bus sucked. People used to kick it >.<

Evil little children >< After school, the bus is ALWAYS crowded. There are these little stand things to put you backpacks on, and sometimes middlw school kids would sit on them and squish people's backpacks.
